Do you always visit at the time we ask for?

While we will try to visit around the time you request, it may not always be possible. For multiple visits within a day, we will try to space these out as evenly as possible.

What happens if I’m delayed returning home?

We will continue the service until we hear that you are home safely. Please try to keep us informed though.

What will you do if my pet becomes unwell whilst I’m away?
